Due to 3.5bn of bank loan, Egal Air is currently buring  weekly 110m$ and earning is around 8m$. 

Due to heavy burning cash, shareholders are creating pressure into the airline. 

In total 110 shareholders are invested into the airline and 48.6% stake into their hand. They don’t want to loose money at any cost.

Therefore, Egal Air is going for acquire new or used aircraft forcefully.
